Distilled by Genise Hollingworth at Black Gate Distillery and matured in an ex-Shiraz French Oak cask before being bottled at 54.8% abv. A single cask Australian Rum that is sure to impress.

Nose: Deep rich nose. Mixed berries and black plums covered in honey. A waft of spent matches and fruit funk.
Taste: Starts sweet and fruity with Strawberries and ice cream covered in syrup, mixed berry compote and banana chips. Then black Spanish olives, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate and old leather.
Finish: Rocky road chocolate, coffee beans with some complimentary spice and a touch of menthol.
